For maximum process flexibility, Aeromatic-Fielder™ can supply a single Fluid Bed unit or Multi-Processor™ system with interchangeable modules or the NEW FlexStream™ (patent pending) fluid bed processor which gives multiple processes in a single process container.
Standard modules configured into tailor-made plants
To meet the high requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, Aeromatic-Fielder™ has a series of fluid bed processors suitable for formulation, process development, production of clinical material through to full-scale production - the philosophy behind the design is that a combination of standardised modules are built together in order to meet the requirement for a specific duty. Therefore, dryers of equal capacity may be completely different with respect to design, configuration and physical size.
