A new type of exhibition stand at Interpack 2008

This year at Interpack in Düsseldorf from 24 – 30th April, GEA Pharma Systems (formerly Niro Pharma Systems) will be breaking the mould when it comes to exhibition stands. Instead of filling the stand with large pharmaceutical processing equipment the company has taken a more holistic, hi-tech approach with its unique ‘Wall of Vision’.

The ‘Wall of Vision’ is an interactive experience that gives visitors the opportunity of walking through an entire solid dose process line from spray and freeze drying, through granulation, pelletization, bulk handling, containment and tablet pressing. It is a truly innovative way of displaying processing technology that brings the entire process line into focus. Visitors will be able to gather detailed information on every part of the process as they walk by the ‘Wall of Vision’ and, of course, benefit from expert help from the GEA staff on hand to answer specific technical questions.

GEA Pharma Systems will also be taking the opportunity of launching its new Consigma drying and granulation system that is set to revolutionise pharmaceutical processing. Consigma is not a batch process but a method of continuous production that meets the demands of the US and European authorities and allows ultimate flexibility, high level containment, round-the-clock productivity and significantly reduced costs. Consigma will be launched as a dedicated introduction event at the show; to register.

GEA Pharma Systems is a dedicated group of leading pharmaceutical processing brands: Buck for contained materials-handling; Courtoy for tablet compression; Niro for unique spray drying systems; Lyophil for industrial freeze drying technology; and Aeromatic-Fielder and Collette for reliable granulation and drying technologies.

The company welcomes visitors to its stand at Interpack, Hall 3, stand 3G38/G42.
